JONAH RAYDIO - EPISODE 8. This was a party of an episode! Not only does The Meltdown resident artist DAVE KLOC come by to hang, we are joined by Emily Gordon from the INDOOR KIDS, recent guest Ed Salazar, the lovely Kate Ward, The Brother In Residence Adam Rodrigues, and some guy named Dom. This one STARTS with arguing! As always this episode is brought to you by BLUE COLLAR DISTRO where you are able to buy Jonah Raydio shirts!
Wanna hear me defend current Propagandhi? Check out this week’s Jonah Raydio!
Today while I was at work my hyper-talented girlfriend @imkateward MADE THIS. A god damned frosted cherry pop tart - with filling - BED for Penny. Come on! #pennythepuppy #talent #handmade
In honor or MLK Day - I present to you what has been referred to only as, The Picture. Over a year ago in Flint, Michigan - Kate and I went to the Children’s Museum with our friends Stephen and Pam. Stephen said “Hey Dave, you’ve got Malcolm X glasses - go get your picture as Martin Luther King Jr.” I obliged, as Kate got in position to take a picture, an unattended child was eye balling me and slowly sauntered near. Right as Kate snapped a picture of me - the child decided to - without breaking eye contact with me - lift his shirt and then simply, walk away. Here is that moment. Enjoy.
Please do not talk to me about anything that is not hockey related until at least Monday. Thank you. #serious #nhl
Kate was cleaning out our old dresser and found this little note/painting @bensears made for me a while back. Amazing.
Exclusive Valentine’s Day print time!!!
I don’t know if this makes me a hopeless romantic or a true cynic that I’m commodifying love. Let’s say it’s column A mixed with column B.
At any rate, amazing silk screen artist Dave Kloc (www.davekloc.com) and I worked together to do a limited edition 5X7 print for Valentine’s Day. Show that special someone you love them with this three-color bad boy. We only made 35… so supplies are limited.
Want one? Just paypal $6 to conosina (at) yahoo. Each one comes signed and with an envelope. Only U.S. orders, please. I’ll take down this portion of the tumblr entry when I’ve sold out.
Love you all.
